Caroline Rock holds a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy awarded by Middlesex University and a MSc in Psychotherapy, from Dublin City University (DCU). She has also completed a Hdip in Psychoanalytical Studies and has additional training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), CFT (Compassion Focused Therapy) and Mindfulness.

As well as running her own private practice Caroline has worked in the public Mental Health Services also. She is an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and is a member and honorary secretary of the Irish Fertility Counsellors Association.

Caroline uses a blend of approaches such as ‘Humanistic Client-Centred’, ‘Cognitive Behavioural Therapy’ and the therapeutic use of ‘Mindfulness’. She is an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).

We work together to achieve this whether it is how you would like to feel or think, how you would like to deal with a certain crisis or if it is about achieving a peaceful, happier mind.”
